Team Invites

Invite team members to your event via email. Each recipient gets secure, role-specific access links — no account required. Streamline collaboration and get everyone connected in seconds.

Plan requirement

Email Invites are available on Basic (1 per event), Premium (10 per event), and Enterprise (20 per event) plans.

What are Team Invites?

Team Invites let you send branded email invitations directly from your dashboard. Each email includes secure access links for the specific output screens you choose — speaker view, operator panel, moderator controls, and more.

Recipients click a link and connect instantly. No sign-up, no passwords, no friction.

How to Send Invites

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Invite Team Members
  2. Select the event you want to share
  3. Choose the output links to include (Controller, Operator, Speaker View, etc.)
  4. Optionally add a personal message
  5. Enter recipient email addresses (comma-separated or one per line)
  6. Click Send Invites

You can include any combination of these links in an invite:

Invite Limits

Each plan has a maximum number of invites per event:

Invite counts are cumulative — resending to the same email address counts as an additional invite.

Custom Messages

You can add a personal message that appears in the invite email alongside the access links. Use this to provide context, instructions, or a friendly welcome.

Invite History

The Sent Invites panel on the right side of the invite page (or below the form on mobile) shows:

  • All previously sent invites for the selected event
  • Email addresses, dates, and times
  • Click any invite to view the full email that was sent
  • Option to resend an invite with one click

Security

  • Each output link includes a cryptographic signature — links cannot be forged or guessed
  • Links are generated server-side and tied to your specific event
  • No account is required for recipients — they connect directly via the link
